Support Feedback Request

When a support ticket is marked as solved, the system will send you, the customer, an email requesting feedback for your support request. You can leave either good or negative feedback, and there is an option to add a comment to the feedback if you would like to. 

 

Recently it has been made easier to choose your feedback with emoticon links, instead of just text.
