Manage Visitors allows you to manage the visitors that have been added to your shared site.
Visitors are users who do not use Platinum Planner that have been added to schedules.
Organization: This dropdown menu allows you to filter visitors based on their associated organizations.
Search: enter the name or email of the visitor you want to search for.
If you want to export the list, click the Export button and select your preferred option. The available export options are PDF, XLS, XLSX, RTF, and CSV.
Tabs:
Active: Visitors who have been added to schedules who have not been disabled.
Disabled: Visitors who have been disabled.
All: Both tabs combined
View/Edit:
Click View/Edit under the Actions column to see and change the visitor's information.
School/Organization: the place the student is from.
Status:
- Disabled: The student will not be available to be added to a schedule.
- Enabled: The student is eligible to be added to schedules.
First/Last Name: the student's name.
Email Address: Their email.
- Notify: When checked, the student will be emailed whenever they are added to a shift.
Phone number: The student's phone number.
Click Submit when finished making changes.
