Receipts for Purchases within Platinum

Every time a purchase is made within Platinum, whether by an admin or a student, receipts are immediately sent to the email you use to log in to the website.

A. Student Purchases: 

In addition to a receipt being sent via email, EMSTesting receipts can be found within the Alerts on your Student Homepage of EMSTesting.

B. School Purchases: 

Schools can use a credit card to purchase school credit or pay for an individual student's access.  In either case, the receipt will be sent to the email on file of the purchaser's account.  There will also be a record of the purchase in the school's transaction history.

C. What to Do if You cannot find Your Receipt: 

If you cannot find a receipt, first double-check your email on file. Click my account in the upper right of the screen and verify the email you are looking at is the same one in our system. Once verified check that the email is not in a filtered folder or spam.

 If the emailed receipt cannot be found, contact our support team.  They can help with getting a copy of the receipt from our accounting department.
