Filtering Platinum Educational Groups Emails

Platinum Planner emails customers when different actions have taken place in the system. For example, the student submits an opportunity for review by their instructor. This will trigger an email to be sent to the instructor. We understand that many customers would like to control the type of emails they receive, but that feature is not available at this time. However, you can set up filters in your email so that Platinum emails are sifted into their folder. So you can access them when needed.
