Planner Guides
Platinum Planner offers Planner Guides to assist school administrators and instructors with various tasks. These guides provide step-by-step instructions, showing you exactly where to click and what information to add as you complete a task.
Note: This feature is currently in a trial period and is only available to our EMS customers using Platinum Planner.
To locate the guides, simply click the lightbulb on the right of your screen.
Hovering over the lightbulb will give you the option to click the search button or request a new guide by clicking the text bubble.
Search: You can then search for a guide or click one of the options automatically provided based on the page you are currently on.
Once you have selected a guide, it will walk you through the steps to complete the task you selected.
Feedback: This option allows you to give us feedback specifically on the guides themself. Let us know if you run into an issue, would like to see new guides added, or something else.
