Instructor- Reports (Practicum Student Evaluation Report)
The Practicum Student Evaluation Report shows evaluation information about your students.
Note: This report is only available for Medical Assistant cohorts.
To locate this feature, click the Reports tab in the red toolbar and select Practicum Student Evaluation Report from the reports listing.
Contents:
A. Running the Report:
Cohort: The cohort from which you would like the report to pull.
Class: The class from which the information should be pulled. This will default to All Classes. Selecting a specific class will pull information related to that particular class only.
Student: The student for whom the information should be pulled. This will default to All Students. Selecting a specific student will pull information related to that particular student only.
Start/End Date: If you would like the report pulled for a specific timeframe, select dates for the start and end dates.
Click Run Report when satisfied with your filter selections.
B. Reviewing the Results:
This report displays the information by student. The student's name will appear at the top left, with the evaluation information below. If you pull the report on all students, you will find the reports on the other students by scrolling down.
Click Print PDF to download or print the report.
