Instructor- Reporting (Evaluation Criteria Report)
The Evaluation Criteria Report shows the information used to evaluate students in their cohort. This allows you to run a report showing all the skills and their corresponding evaluation forms and create a zip file containing all the forms listed in the report.
To locate this feature, click the Reports tab in the red toolbar and select Evaluation Criteria Report from the reports listing.

A. Running the Report:
When running the evaluation criteria report, a few options exist to filter the report. These will control what is included in the report.
Dropdown Filters:
Cohort: Select the cohort from which the report will pull information.
Additional Reporting Options:
Exclude skills without forms: Selecting this option will remove skills that do not have forms associated with them.
Exclude all skills: Selecting this option will remove all the skills from the list.
Click Run Report when satisfied with the filters selected.
B. Understanding the Report:
The report will show the cohort's name at the top, then list the Skills on the left and the Forms on the right. Click the red form name to jump down to that skill's evaluation form.
- Note: Information seen in the picture above will vary by profession and the filters selected to run the report.
To jump to the very end of the report, click to end.
Click to top to return to the very top of the report.
Click Create Zip to make a zip file of the report.
- Note: Due to the amount of forms in the cohort the download time can take up to a couple minutes.
