(Instructor) Case Analysis Report

Instructor- Reporting (Case Analysis Report)

The Case Analysis Report shows the total number of approved documented cases per student, broken down by the Surgical Cases/Procedures selection in the Case Information window. Totals include First Scrub (FS), Second Scrub (SS), and Observation roles (O).

Note: Documentation must be approved by the instructor to be considered complete by the system. 

 

Note: This report will only appear for Surgical Technology providers.

To locate this feature, click the Reports tab in the red toolbar and select Case Analysis Report from the reports listing.

A. Running the Report:

To run the Case Analysis Report, minimally make a selection from the cohort or student drop-down.

 

Filters: 

Cohort: (Optional) Select the cohort from which the report will pull information. 

Class: (Optional) Select the class from which the report will pull information. This dropdown will default to All Classes. If a class is selected, then the report will only show cases connected to that specific class. 

Student: (Optional) Select the student for whom the report will pull information. This dropdown will default to All Students. If a student is selected, then the report will only run for that specific student. 

Start/End Date: (Optional) Selecting a start and end date will result in the report only pulling for cases in that specific timeframe. 

 

Include demo student accounts: This option will include instructor demo student account information in the report.

 

 

Click Run Report when satisfied with your filter selections. 

 

 

 

 

B. Understanding the Report:

The report will show information for each student. The student's name is listed on the left, and the cohort is in the middle. Their case numbers will be listed below.  

 

The very bottom will have the section Download PDF Cases Analysis Report For, where you can click each student's name to download their report.
