The Student Minimum Competency Summary Tracking (SMC) report shows the information needed for summary tracking. 

 

Note: This report will only appear for EMS providers and only function for paramedic and newer AEMT cohorts.

To locate this feature, click the Reports tab in the red toolbar and select Student Minimum Competency Summary Tracking (SMC) from the reports listing.

A. Running the Report:

When running the Student Minimum Competency Summary Tracking report, only the cohort needs to be selected, and whether you would like to include demo students in the report. 

 

Filters:

Cohort: Select the cohort from which the report will pull information. 

Include demo student accounts: This option will include instructor demo student account information in the report.

 

Click Download Excel to download the report to an Excel file or Run Report to view the report within Platinum Planner. 

 

 

 

 

B. Understanding the Report:

The report will show the cohort's name at the top. The students' names will be listed in a column down the left, with the skills running linearly to the right. The students' skill numbers for each skill will be listed below the skill name. Only competency skills are included in the skill listing. 

 

Click Download Excel to automatically populate the CoAEMSP Student Minimum Competency Summary Tracking Spreadsheet* using the cohort's settings skill minimums and documented data.
