Medical Director- Calendar
The Calendar lets you view scheduled events for your school.
Note: Options and displays mentioned in this article can vary by profession.
To locate the Calendar, click on the Calendar link in the top navigation bar. You will see a calendar that displays events for your school's students based on the defaults listed in the drop-downs.
Use the filters to narrow down the calendar to your desired view, and then click Search. Once you have your desired calendar view, you can click the Export to PDF button to download it for printing or emailing.
The colors of the different events on the calendar indicate:
- Blue: Scheduled Class
- Yellow: Students are signed up for the event, but the maximum capacity has not been reached.
Clicking on any Calendar item will display the details for that event.
