(Instructor) Affective Site Evaluation Report

Instructor- Reporting (Affective Site Evaluation Report)

The Affective Site Evaluation Report shows the evaluation information about your preceptors and their clinical sites entered in our default Affective Site Evaluation form by your students. If your school does not utilize this form, your reports will be blank.

Note: Options and displays mentioned in this article will vary for users depending on their profession and the class associations assigned to their instructor role within Platinum Planner. If Reports are not visible at all, then it is likely that the user does not have permission.

To locate this feature, click the Reports tab in the red toolbar and select Affective Site Evaluation Report from the reports listing.

A. Running the Report:

When running the affective site evaluation report, there are several dropdown filters and a couple of checkboxes. These will control what is included in the report.

Location: Select a location if you would like the report to run for only that individual site location.

Preceptor: Select a preceptor if you want the report to show only for that individual preceptor.

Start/End Date: A specific time frame. This will display evaluation information that occurred during the set time frame.

Checkboxes:

Show student comments: Select this checkbox if you want the comments left by students to be included in the report.

Hide Student Names: Select this checkbox if you want student names to be omitted from the report.

Click Run Report when satisfied with the filters selected.
