Preceptor- Calendar
The Calendar allows you to see all the opportunities you are associated with. You can view different days by clicking on the arrows or the links at the top of the calendar.
Note: In order for upcoming opportunities to appear on your calendar, you must be added as the default preceptor to each opportunity. If you have not been added to the opportunity before the event, it will not show up on your calendar.
To locate the Calendar, click on the Calendar link in the top navigation bar. You will see a calendar that lists all events for your school by the defaults listed in the drop-downs.
Use the filters to narrow down the calendar to your desired view, and then click Search. Once you have your desired calendar view, you can click the Export to PDF button to download it for printing or emailing.
Clicking on any Calendar item will bring up the details associated with that event.
