Getting Started

This has links to help you set up your shared site.  You will start by adding locations, then adding users, managing school connections, and managing opportunity requests.

Upcoming Schedule

This will show you any opportunities that are soon.

Messages and Reminders

This is where any messages from Platinum, other users, and reminders for upcoming events will show.

Site Overview

This section has a date toggle. It will show all visitors by today's date by default. Click on the calendar icon to change the date. The toggle defaults to today but can be changed to any day in the calendar.

  • Visitors:
    • Visitors are non-Planner users who are being added to a schedule.  This allows the shared site to mark a day with a student coming, even if that student is not a Planner user.
    • You can view any visitors scheduled for that day and add visitors to a schedule.
    • Note: You will not see the Add Visitor button until schedules are added to the shared site.
  • Schedules:
    • This shows the schedules running on that calendar day and whether any students are signed up for each schedule.
    • Click on a shift to view the shift in the Calendar.

Notifications and Settings

This is where you can control what emails are sent out to you regarding opportunity scheduling and changes. A checked box indicates you would like to receive emails and an unchecked box prevents them.

Select the first checkbox to have our system email you when a student signs up, requests, or cancels an access request. Select the second checkbox to have our system email you when a student is removed from an opportunity.
