Instructor- Manage Shared Sites
Manage Shared Sites allows you to view the Shared Sites added to your school. Shared sites are clinical sites used by multiple schools in Platinum Planner. The opportunities are created and controlled by the shared site.
Note: Instructors can only view information about shared sites. If the school needs to add or flag/unflag a shared site, that can only be done through an admin role.
To locate this feature, click the Options tab in the red toolbar and select Manage Shared Sites.
On the Clinical Shared Sites page, you will see the shared sites associated with your school.
Shared Site Search: You can search for shared sites by entering their name and clicking Search.
Configure Grid Options: (Sun-shaped button next to Search) This button allows you to control the columns in the grid below.

Export: (Raincloud button next to Search) Click to select the document type you would like to export the grid below into: PDF, XLS, XLSX, RTF, or CSV.
Tabs:
- Active: Active shared sites associated with the school.
Actions:
Details: View the shared site's information and locations.
- Information: The shared site's address and phone number.
- Locations: Any locations associated with the shared site. Clicking on a location's name will expand to provide information about schedules shared with your school.
