(Instructor) General Report

Instructor- Reports (General Report)

The General Report is a flexible tool that allows you to configure the data entered as part of approved student documentation into valuable reports.

This report is so flexible because it is a pivot grid. This allows users to choose the specific information they want to view and to set up a configuration that can meet diverse needs.

Note: Options and displays mentioned in this article will vary for users depending on their profession and the class associations assigned to their instructor role within Platinum Planner. If Reports are not visible at all, then it is likely that the user does not have permission.

Filter Keys: Fields in the Filter, Row, and Column areas will have keys next to their title. This indicates that the information can be broken down or filtered further. Clicking the key next to the title will allow you to check or uncheck the different options within that field, which updates the report to show or hide related information.
