A. Adding New Preceptors:
1. Begin by clicking the + Add New Preceptor button on the upper right of the page to add a new preceptor.
Note: There is also a button to Manage Preceptor Training, which takes you to the Preceptor Training page. There, you can review Preceptor training in its various stages.
2. Search for the user's email address by entering it into the search bar labeled "Search Email Address" and clicking Search.
3. Step 3 has two variations. 3a goes over if the user exists. 3b goes over if the preceptor is totally new.
3a. If the user exists, their account will pop up. If desired, you can add a License/Reference #, then click either Create & Verify or Create. Create and Verify is verifying this person is an actual preceptor. Create, just adds them to the system.
3b. If the user does not yet have an account in our system, you will see the message, User Not Found. Please complete the information below to create a new user for the Preceptor role. Fill out the required information, then click either Create & Verify or Create. Create and Verify is verifying this person is an actual preceptor. Create will add them to the system.

Un-verify: This makes the preceptor unverified. If a student selects this preceptor, the instructor must verify the account before approving the associated documentation.
