School Administrator- Reports
This section contains all the reports accessible to an admin based on the information in our system.
Click the Reports tab in the red toolbar to access the reports available.
Contents:
A. Current Reports
Cohort Progress Report: View the overall progress of all the students within a cohort as a whole.
Student Progress Report: View student progress based on cohort and class.
General Report: This report organizes Platinum Planner information in a pivot grid. This report type offers many options, including a blank slate option.
Form Reporting: View reports for completed forms.
Affective Student Evaluation Report: View evaluation information about your students collected via our global default affective evaluations.
Affective Site Evaluation Report: View evaluation information about your preceptors and clinical sites collected via our global default affective evaluations.
Site Report: View summary information about your clinical sites.
Evaluation Criteria Report: View validation criteria used to evaluate skill attempts.

Practicum Student Evaluation Report: [Medical Assisting] View evaluation information about your students.
Case Analysis Report: [Surgical Technology] View summary of completed surgical procedures.
Inter-Rater Reliability Report: [Respiratory Care] View reliability for completed skill forms.
Cohort Approval Report: View the approval status for current/upcoming cohorts.
Note: Reports available will vary by profession.

These reports are not associated with the most current tracking requirements and are associated with either Appendix G or Portfolio.
National Registry Portfolio Progress: [EMS] View current information on your students' National Registry portfolio progress.
