Student- Preceptor Access
The Student - Preceptor Access page shows all preceptors associated with your school. Granting access will allow a preceptor to run report(s) on the data documented within your cohort's events.
EMS: (AEMT and Paramedic) If you school utilizes the "Clinical Evaluation of Student" worksheet in your field internship class and has completed preceptor training selecting them will allow them to view how they and other preceptors have evaluated you.
To locate this feature, go into your student role for Platinum Planner, then select Preceptor Access from the Opportunities tab in the red toolbar.
To grant access to a preceptor to run the report(s), begin by locating the preceptor(s) you are looking for. This can be done by scrolling through the list or using the search box and clicking the Search button.
Then click the checkbox(es) for the preceptors you would like to enable.
If you would like to enable or revoke all preceptors at one time, click the Accept All or Revoke All buttons next to the search to check or uncheck all preceptors at once.
This section automatically saves. You can leave the page when you are satisfied. If you would like to remove access from a preceptor, simply uncheck their name.
