School Administrator- Manage Instructors
Manage Instructors allows you to create and control instructor accounts within your school.
To locate this feature, click the Manage Users/Requests tab in the red toolbar and select Manage Instructors.

A. Creating Instructors:
1. Begin by clicking the +Add A New Instructor button on the upper right of the page to add a new instructor.
2. Search for the user's email address by entering it into the search bar labeled "Search Email Address" and clicking Search.
3. If the user exists, their account will pop up. If desired, you can control their permissions, then click Save.
If the user does not yet have an account in our system, you will see the message, User Not Found. Please complete the information below to create a new user for the Instructor role. Fill out the required information and control their permissions if desired. Click Save at the bottom when finished.
Note: If the user you are adding already has an account in Platinum (either Testing or Planner) and the system does not find them, that indicates the email entered does not match the email used for the other role(s).

B. Instructor Data Table
On the Manage Instructors page, you will see the instructors associated with your school. This page defaults to the Active tab.
Instructor Search: You can search for instructors by entering their first name, last name, or email address and clicking Search.
Configure Grid Options: (Sun-shaped button next to Search) This button allows you to control the columns in the grid below.

Export: (Raincloud button next to Search) Click to select the document type you would like to export the grid below into: PDF, XLS, XLSX, RTF, or CSV.
Tabs:
- Active: Active instructors who are associated with the school.
- Flagged: Any user that has been flagged from their instructor role, removing their access to it.
- All: All instructors, both active and flagged.
Actions:
Login As: This allows you to assume the instructor's identity.
Edit: Allows you to view the instructor's profile and change the permissions granted to the instructor.
Flag: This removes the instructor's access to their instructor role.
Unflag: This replaces the instructor's access to their instructor role for flagged users.
