Preceptors do not create their accounts in Platinum Planner. Instead, accounts are created in one of two ways. Either your account is created by a school user (an Instructor or School Administrator at the institution), or a student can use it as part of their clinical documentation (if the School's settings allow it).
If you need to create a preceptor account, you should contact a school contact with which you would like to be associated.
If you believe an account may have been created for you but you do not have access to it, you can contact our support team, and we can verify whether the account exists in our database.
