School Administrator- Reporting (Cohort Progress Report)
The Cohort Progress Report shows your cohort's progress as a group. This will give you a view of the students' progress totaled for both hours progress and skills and can be run for the entire length of the cohort or a specific time frame.
To locate this feature, click the Reports tab in the red toolbar and select Cohort Progress Report from the reports listing.

A. Running the Report
When running the cohort progress report, there are a couple of filters and options. All will control the data you see in the report.
Dropdown Filters:
Selecting the different dropdown filters will control what data is pulled and who is included in the report. Only a cohort must be selected to run a report.
Cohort: The cohort the report will pull information on.
Start/End Date: If entered, the data included in the report will be limited to skills and hours completed during the set time frame.
Additional Reporting Options:
Exclude completed hours and skill points: Using this option will hide any requirements that were 100 percent complete by all students included in the report.
Include demo student accounts: Selecting this option will incorporate instructor demo student accounts into the report.
Click Run Report when satisfied with the filters selected.
B. Understanding the Report
Note: Pictures in this section will look different based on requirements, program, and profession.
The Cohort Progress Report will pull the report based on the filters set.
Pro tip: If you do not see the information you were expecting, try rerunning the report without selecting any filters, just the cohort, and then select Run Report.
The report will show the hours and then skills, with a progress bar across from the listing.
Viewing Individual Skill Details:
Clicking on the hours or skill names (linked in red) will show the individual skill progress for each student in the cohort.
