Instructor- Reporting (Field Institutional Data Report)
The Field Internship Institutional Data report shows the required Field Internship information for CAAHEP Standard III.A.1-2.
Note: This report is only available to EMS providers.
To locate this feature, click the Reports tab in the red toolbar and select Field Internship Institutional Data from the reports listing.
Contents:
A. Running the Report:
Site: The site from which you would like the report to pull.
Location: The site location from which the information should be pulled. This will default to All Locations. Selecting a specific location will pull information for that specific location only.
Exclude Flagged Preceptors: Click this checkbox to remove flagged preceptors from the report's results.
Start/End Date: If you would like the report pulled for a specific timeframe, select dates for the start and end dates.
Click Run Report when satisfied with your filter selections.
B. Reviewing the Results:
It will show the Site name on the left, the Location selected in the middle, and Start/End dates on the right. Below, the Category will be listed on the left with its corresponding numbers (Shifts Per Student, Average Runs Per Student Shift, and Hours Per Shift) on the right. The preceptors and their trained dates will be listed at the bottom.
Click Print PDF to download or print the report.
