Instructor- Reports
This section contains all the reports accessible to an instructor based on the information in our system.
Note: Options and displays mentioned in this article will vary for users depending on their profession and the class associations assigned to their instructor role within Platinum Planner. If Reports are not visible at all, then it is likely that the user does not have permission.
Click the Reports tab in the red toolbar to access the reports available.

A. Current Reports
Cohort Progress Report: View the overall progress of all the students within a cohort as a whole.
Student Progress Report: View student progress based on cohort and class.
General Report: This report organizes Platinum Planner information in a pivot grid. This report type offers many options, including a blank slate option.
Form Reporting: View reports for completed forms.
Affective Student Evaluation Report: View evaluation information about your students collected via our global default affective evaluations.
Affective Site Evaluation Report: View evaluation information about your preceptors and clinical sites collected via our global default affective evaluations.
Site Report: View summary information about your clinical sites.
Evaluation Criteria Report: View validation criteria used to evaluate skill attempts.

Field Internship Institutional Data: [EMS] Required Field Internship Information for CAAHEP Standard III.A.1-2.
Student Minimum Competency Summary Tracking (SMC 2023): CoAEMSP Student Minimum Competency (SMC) Summary Tracking Information.
Practicum Student Evaluation Report: [Medical Assisting] View evaluation information about your students.
Inter-Rater Reliability Report: [Respiratory Care] View reliability for completed skill forms.
