School Administrator- School Home [Testing]
The School Admin Homepage is the default page you are taken to when you select your school administrator role on the main dashboard. This page provides Cohorts, School Users*, System Alerts, Messages, and Help Videos.
*This could reference admin, medical director, or instructor roles.
You can locate the School Admin Homepage by clicking the dropdown with the school's name at the bottom of the main dashboard and selecting the user role of School Administrator.

Homepage Breakdown:
A. Cohorts:
Note: Only published cohorts will display on your Admin Home. If your cohort is unpublished, you need to access it from the main my.platinumed dashboard.
This section shows your Upcoming, Current, and Completed cohorts.
- Upcoming: These are cohorts that begin in the future.
- Current: All cohorts that are open.
- Completed: These are cohorts that have reached their end date.
Click the dropdown to view details on the cohort.
Icon Options:
- Student Assessments: This icon displays the students' entry assessments for this class. To view a student's assessment, click their name and the assessment title.
- Edit Cohort: This icon opens the cohort, allowing you to view all settings and make changes.
Select + Add Cohort to create a new cohort. This button will redirect you to your dashboard where you can complete your cohort setup.

B. School User Roles:
Administrators, Medical Directors, and Instructors
This section lists the administrators, medical directors, and instructors added to your school. There are two user types: Current and Disabled. Click a user's name to view the icon option(s). Click + Add User* to add a new user of that type.

C. System Alerts:
This section lists all enrollment and user-role related alerts. These include a student's request to enroll in a cohort, a declined enrollment for a student, and a new user role added to your account. Click all alerts to view all alerts associated with your school. Click X to remove the alerts from your home screen.
Note: All alerts will take you to the messages page. The system alerts section on the home page helps sort the types of alerts from messages, but they are grouped together en masse.

D. Messages:
This section lists any messages sent to you or triggered by our system based on actions by users within your school. Select New Message to create a message to send to a user within your school. Click X to remove message alerts. Click all messages to view all messages associated with your school.
