Student- Scenario Documentation
The Student - Scenario Documentation page allows students to view documentation filled out on them and document scenarios for students they have been assigned to as a peer reviewer.
Note: You will only be able to document a scenario if an instructor has assigned you to one as a peer reviewer.
To locate this feature, go into your student role for Platinum Planner, then select Manage Scenario Documentation from the Scenarios tab in the red toolbar.
Contents:
A. Documenting a Scenario:
1. Open your documentation. On the Scenario Documentation page, in the Actions column of your Ready to Document tab, click Document.
2. Scenario Skill: In the upper scenario details section, you will see the scenario title and the name of the student you are evaluating. Select the overall skill that the student is being evaluated on.
3. Forms tab: Fill out the required form for the primary skill being evaluated.
4. Skills/Pathologies tab: The Skills/Pathologies tab is where you will document all the additional skills completed in the scenario. After skills are added to this tab, Skill Attempts must be added for each skill performed and for every time the skill is performed (step 4).

Adding Skills:
- Click the green button, Add Skills/Pathologies.
- Find the skills you want to add, then check the box next to each one. You can search for a skill by name, filter by classification (if applicable; not all professions and provider levels will see the Filter By Skill Classification option), or filter by skill grouping.
- Click Close at the bottom when you are finished selecting skills.
- Click the green button, Add Skills/Pathologies.
4. Add a Skill Attempt for each skill they perform. Add a new attempt every time they perform the skill.
Note: If you do not add a skill attempt for each skill performed, they will not receive credit for completing the skill.
- Select the drop-down for the appropriate skill.
- Click the +Add New Attempt button.
- Fill out the skill sheet if available or required
- Mark the attempt as Successful or Unsuccessful
- Click Save it at the bottom.
6. Lab Documents tab: If there are any attached documents, they will appear under Scenario Documents in green. Download any documents attached to this scenario by clicking the red download button. Drag and drop or click the blue box to upload documents.
4. Submit tab: When you finish the scenario, click Submit Documentation. If you have missed any required information, a caution message will appear.
B. Scenario Documentation Data Table:
The Student-Scenario Documentation page allows students to document scenarios as peer reviewer and view documentation completed for themself.
View Progress: There may be one or more blue View Progress buttons available to click. Their availability can vary by profession and program. Click the buttons to see skill details and progress.
Clicking the skill title displays the Skill Details, including its documentation, requirements, and any prerequisite skills:
Clicking the red question mark next to the skill name displays additional details about the skill:
Scenario Search: You can search for scenarios by entering the name or title, then clicking Search.
Configure Grid Options: (Sun-shaped button next to Search) This button allows you to control the columns in the grid below.

Export: (Raincloud button next to Search) Click to select the document type you would like to export the grid below into: PDF, XLS, XLSX, RTF, or CSV.
Tabs:
- Upcoming: This tab shows all future scheduled scenarios you have been added to as a peer reviewer.
- Ready to Document: This tab shows all scenarios that are ready to be documented that you have been added to as a peer reviewer.
- Submitted: This tab shows all scenarios you have completed as a peer reviewer that have not yet been reviewed by an instructor.
- Completed: This tab shows all scenarios that have been approved by an instructor for you or that you have completed as a peer reviewer. The 'Student' column indicates who the documentation was for.
- Rejected: This tab shows all scenarios that have been documented but rejected by your instructor. All documented skills will not count toward your overall progress.
- All: This tab shows all labs from the above tabs combined.
Actions:
The options in the actions column will depend on the selected tab and on who created the scenario.
Document: This allows you to document peer-reviewed scenarios.
View: This provides an overview of the scenario.
