In the class settings under the Adaptive tab, there is the ability to limit how many computer adaptive tests students can take. If this setting is utilized and your students no longer have the New Adaptive Test button, it is because they have met their test limit. You can easily increase that limit if you would like to.
Note: If your cohort and class are no longer active, you will not be able to take adaptive exams.
Changing the Limit of the Adaptive Exams:
1. Begin in your Instructor role for EMSTesting.
2. Click the dropdown for the class, then select the Edit Class icon.
3. Click the Adaptive tab.
4. Under Test Limit* adjust the number set. You can either increase the number or remove the limit altogether. Setting the limit to 0 allows your students to take unlimited Adaptive exams.
5. Once you have made your adjustments, click Save at the bottom.
