Preceptor- Reports
Preceptors will find an option for Reports in their toolbar on the Preceptor homepage of Platinum Planner.
Note: Students must grant permission through their student role, allowing a preceptor to run reports on them. This impacts both the Affective Student Evaluation Report and the Progress Report.

2. Select the Affective Student Evaluation Report.
3. Select a Student and a Start Date and End Date. If you do not want to look at a specific date range, you can leave those options blank.

5 You can select Show preceptor comments to include comments written by other preceptors about the student's performance.
6. Click the Run Report button.
7. Review the results. The report will convey the averages of all the ratings from the Affective Student Evaluations tied to that student's Field Internship shifts. It will appear similar to the example above.

The Student Progress Report displays a student’s progress and is organized by Cohort, Class, Student, Start Date, and End Date.
1. Click on the Reports tab in the red toolbar.
2. Select the Student Progress report.
3. If a student has granted you access, the student's name will appear under the Student(s) dropdown, allowing you to select it. If the student you are looking for is unavailable, then they have not granted you access.
4. Select Yes/No for any Additional Reporting Options you may want to have on or off. As well as any additional filters such as a Start Date and End Date, Cohort, or Class(es)
5. Review the report.
The report below was run for the Cohort: SMC23 and for one student in all classes. Click on any of the red links to view information about the skill.
