School Administrator- Manage Class Requests

Manage Class Enrollment Requests allows you to respond to your students' class enrollment requests within a cohort. School administrators and cohort admins can use this feature, and instructors will be able to as well if the cohort utilizes the Allow instructors to manage student class enrollments setting.

To locate class enrollment requests sent by students, click the Manage Class Requests dropdown on the class enrollment request tile.

Responding to Class Enrollment Requests:  

1. Begin by navigating to your pending enrollment requests. Click Manage Class Requests on the class enrollment request tile.

2. Under Actions, click either approve or decline.

3. Select Ok if you are sure you want to accept/decline the request.

Note: If a mistake is made in either accidentally approving or declining a request, you can add or remove a student from the class by editing the class and navigating to the students tab.
