School Administrator- School Admin Home
The School Admin Homepage is the default page you are taken to when you select your school administrator role on the main dashboard. This page provides Items which may require your attention, help information on Getting Started with a new school, Help Videos, Messages and Reminders, and Additional Information.
You can locate the School Admin Homepage by clicking the dropdown with the school's name at the bottom of the main dashboard and selecting the user role of School Administrator.

This section highlights items that you may need to review. Click an item to review it within your admin role.
B. Messages and Reminders:
This section shows your most recent messages sent to you by other users or triggers that push messages to you when they occur. Click on the message to view it. Click More to view the messages and reminders under Manage Messages.
C. Getting Started:
This section lists all the areas a new school needs to visit to get up and running within Platinum Planner. Each link takes you to the specific section within your admin role for setup.
- Note: Each area has help videos and articles that guide you through setting up each item. However, we strongly recommend that you attend an Admin Training session with our Training Team before starting out.
D. Help Videos:
This section contains our videos organized by areas linking to our Vimeo page. Each video guides you through using that feature.
E. Additional Information:
This contains a link to our Student Sign-up Template. This template has directions for students on how to create their student accounts and enroll in your cohort. You can download the template and add the information specific to your school and cohort.
