School Administrator- Account Information
Account Information allows you to view your account details and school information and make changes.
To locate this feature, click my account in the upper right corner of the page under your name on the main dashboard.

A. Update my account information:
The update my account information button allows you to update your account information. Click the red text to access your account information.
Update or add any information, then click Update Account at the bottom to save your changes.
B. Change Password:
The change my password button allows you to update your password. Click the red text to change your password.
Enter your new password and retype it to confirm. Click Change Password when finished.
C. Update My Survey Preferences (AccredAssist Only):
Note: This field is only applicable to AccredAssist users and is used for student surveys.
The update my survey preferences button allows you or your students to update their email, employer information, and contact preferences for surveys sent by the product. Click the red text to update your survey preferences.
Fill out the info for surveys sent after the cohort has closed. Click Save when finished.
Alternative/Post-Graduation Email: A different email other than the email associated with your account that you would prefer post-graduate surveys to be sent to.
Employer: The employer who will be filling out their portion of the post-graduate survey.
Supervisor: Your direct supervisor.
Employer Contact Email: The email address the employer post-graduate survey should be sent to.
Contact Preferences: Check the box if you want to allow post-graduate surveys to be sent.
D. Edit or View School
The edit school: "school name" or "view school: "school name" button allows administrators to view school information and renew school subscriptions. If you are a school's primary contact for a product, you will see edit school: "school name" and therefore be able to edit many of the school's settings.
Click the red text to view/edit your school's information or renew a subscription.
Note: If you are not the primary admin for any of the school's products, you can only view the information set by the primary contact. If anything needs to be updated, you will need to reach out to a primary admin. You will still have access to the Add School Credit and the Renew Testing Subscription buttons.
Address and Time Zone:
- Address: The address given when your school was set up in our system.
- Note: All invoices will be sent electronically.
- Phone #: The phone number for the school.
- Time zone: The time zone the school is in.
Attendance Tracking and Miscellaneous Features:
- Attendance Tracking: The toggles that are green with (enabled) text are active for the manage attendance features. (Testing Classes, Tests, Planner Classes, Labs, Scenarios, Opportunities).

- Question Piloting (For Testing users):
- Disable Question Piloting: Check the box Disable question piloting if you do not want to allow pilot questions to be seen by your students in the computer adaptive tests.
- Max # of Pilot Questions per Test: If you would like to limit the number of pilot questions seen by your students, the number is here.
- Location of Pilot Questions: If you have a preference for when your students see the pilot questions, select the option you would prefer. (Use the default, Insert at the beginning, Add at the end)
- Accreditation Expiration Date: Enter when your accreditation expires.
- Allow Instructors to use the "login as" feature: This allows instructors to assume the identity of your students, preceptors, and clinical site users associated with your school. Uncheck the box to prevent instructors from doing so.
Accounting Information:
- Current School Balance: The amount of school credit currently available to the school.
- Add School Credit Button: Click the button to add school credit with access codes or a credit card.
- Default Verifystudent.com Promo Code (optional): If you have a default code for student verification with Verify Students, enter it here.
- Accounting Contact Name (optional): The accounting person in your school who we would contact if we had questions or issues with payments or renewals.
- Accounting Phone # (optional): The contact number for the person above or the accounting department.
- Accounting Contact Email (optional): The email associated with the person above or your accounting department.
Account Representative and Primary Contacts:
- Your account rep: This is the sales representative responsible for your account. If you have any sales questions, you can always reach out to the sales rep listed or the sales team as a whole (sales@platinumed.com).
- Primary Contacts: These are the admins that are the lead contacts for that product. This person will receive any invoices for that product and would be contacted for any major student issues related to the school.
Subscriptions:
In this section, you will see the products that are enabled for your school and their expiration date. You can click the Renew Testing button to renew your Testing subscription with account credit, access card numbers, or credit card. If you would like to renew Planner and have not yet received an email from our sales team, you can reach out directly and request your subscription be renewed by emailing sales@platinumed.com.
