Instructor- Manage Lab Requests
Manage Lab Requests allows you to respond to your students' requests to join a lab. Lab requests will only appear when the lab does not automatically accept students.
Note: Options and displays mentioned in this article will differ for users depending on their profession, class associations, and permissions assigned to their instructor role within Platinum Planner.
To locate this feature, click the Labs tab in the red toolbar and select Manage Lab Requests. Notifications for lab requests can also be seen on the main dashboard and on the Instructor Home page. Clicking those notifications will also bring you to the Manage Lab Requests page.
On the Manage Lab Requests page, you will see a listing of any lab requests that have not been responded to.
Lab Requests Table Filters: You can filter requests by using the search bar or adjusting the From and To calendar selections. The date options will filter based on when the lab is scheduled.
Configure Grid Options: (Sun-shaped button next to Search) This button allows you to control the columns in the grid below.

Export: (Raincloud button next to Search) Click to select the document type you would like to export the grid below into: PDF, XLS, XLSX, RTF, or CSV.
Actions:
Accept: This will accept the request, and a notification will be sent to the student. If the maximum number of students for that lab is reached, all other requests from that same lab will automatically be rejected and removed from the Requests list.
Reject: This option denies the student's request, and an email notification will be sent to the student.
