A Cohort Code is a 5-digit alphanumeric code generated and assigned to the cohorts created in your schools. When this code is provided to students, it can be used when creating their student account or submitting a new cohort enrollment request. Using the code is not required, but it will simplify the enrollment process for your students. The Cohort Code will need to be relayed to students by the faculty at your institution.
Locating a Cohort Code:
1. On the main dashboard, when you log in, click on the grey and black tile Manage Cohorts.
2. Click edit for the cohort you need the Cohort Code for.
This will direct you to the Cohort Info tab where the Cohort Code will be displayed.
Note: The Cohort Code field will not appear for cohorts with no upcoming or current classes. Also, the Cohort Code will not be effective if the cohort enrollment is not open.
