School Administrator- My Dashboard
The main dashboard is where you will have access to many different tiles that allow you to access resources, view student enrollment requests, and view your cohorts.
Note: When your school is new, you will see a (Pending Verification) message next to your School Administrator role. If you have any questions about this status, please contact sales@platinumed.com
After logging in, this will be the default page you will be brought to. If you are in a user role, you can navigate to the dashboard at any point by clicking the my dashboard button under your name in the upper right corner of the screen.

A. Dashboard Tiles:
The grey and black tiles on the dashboard are associated with school administrators. There are staple tiles that will always be visible: active cohorts, program resources, and welcome information. Other tiles will appear when triggered by request, profession, or product purchase. There is an additional tool that can control which tiles are visible on the dashboard: Toggle alert visibility. This feature can hide user role tiles from view and bring them back as needed.
Toggle alert visibility:
This tool allows you to remove certain user tiles from view on the dashboard. You will see a button for most user roles associated with your account.
Clicking the user role button will turn it black and remove the associated tiles from view. You can click it again to view them or click the blue refresh button to return to the default view.
active cohorts:
The active cohorts tile gives you access to all the cohorts in your school. Click the Manage Cohorts dropdown to trigger the Manage Cohort Listing section to appear. This will show you your cohorts and allow you to view and make changes to them. Green cohorts are active and yellow are draft cohorts that have not been published yet. Click the archived button to view cohorts that have been marked as such or the toggle active button to view closed cohorts. The green new cohort button allows you to create a new cohort.
enrollment requests:
There are 2 enrollment request tiles: cohort and class. The tiles will appear whenever students have sent requests from their accounts. Click Manage Cohort Requests or Manage Class Requests to view and respond to the requests.
program directors (AccredAssist Users only):
The program directors tile will only appear for AccredAssist users. Click Manage Program Directors to view or add program directors to your school.
Note: In order to have access to AccredAssist, a user must be added as a program director.
program resources:
Program resources assist admins with their cohorts and the use of our website. Click Select Resource to view the options and select what you need.

- Student Sign-Up Directions: PlatinumEd Dashboard- Student Sign-up Directions is a document you can add your cohort information to and give to your students to assist in their account creation and enrollment into your cohorts.
- Transfer Student Form: PlatinumEd Dashboard- Transfer Student Form. This form can be filled out when you have a student who needs to be moved from one cohort to another.

PlatinumEd welcome information:
Here, you will see the link to Our Policies/Guarantees along with the welcome packet for your profession. If you use our testing platform, you may have additional links: Testing Information, Final Exam Blueprints, and Platinum Templates. Click on the various links to access more information related to each one.
SMC 2023 Resources (EMS only):
The SMC 2023 tile contains a video created by our director of education for cohort creation specific to SMC 2023. The video provides additional introductory information related to this SMC. Click SMC 2023 Info to access the video.
B. Accessing Your Administrator Roles:
Your school administrator roles are where you can add new users, access cohorts and classes, and access many other features related to our products. You can access your administrator user role by scrolling to the bottom of the dashboard, clicking your school dropdown, and clicking the School Administrator link for the product you would like to access (Planner or Testing).
