If you are a School or Course Administrator and wish to prevent new course enrollment requests for an active course this can be accomplished by following these steps:
1. From your my.platinumed.com dashboard, click on your "Manage Courses" tile.
2. In the "Manage Course Listing" section that will appear, locate the course and click on "edit" under the actions column.
3. This will take you to the "Edit course" page where you will want to locate the "Allow students to manually enroll in this course" option and remove the check from the box.
4. Click "Save" to save your changes.
With this setting removed students will not be able to submit enrollment requests for this course.
