(Student) Enrolled in the Wrong Cohort

If you have been accepted into the wrong cohort (and your access has been paid for), the best thing you can do is contact your instructor. They will need to contact our Support Team to resolve the issue. 

 

If you just attempt to sign up for the additional correct cohort, the program will expect you to pay another enrollment fee for the new cohort (as the program does not know that you are not just signing up for two cohorts that you need).

 

Additionally, The Platinum Educational Group Customer Support Team needs to be contacted by a user in a position of authority at the institution, as students accepted into a cohort will not be moved to another cohort upon request from the student alone (since someone in authority at the school believed you belonged in the original cohort).
