Flagging a user in Platinum Planner will deactivate that role from use for that person. A user can also be unflagged if needed.
Flagging a User in Platinum Planner
1. From the main dashboard, scroll down and select your Administrator role.
2. Under Manage Users/Requests, select the type of role you want to flag. For example, if you are flagging an instructor, you will click Manage Instructors. If you are flagging an Administrator, you would want to go to Manage School Admins.
Note: If a user has multiple roles, you will need to flag each role type.
3. Locate the user under the Active tab.
Note: If you need to unflag the user, locate them under the Flagged tab and click Unflag instead.
4. Under Actions, click Flag.
5. If desired, add a reason (optional), then click the Flag button at the bottom right.
