If you want to quickly and easily locate a closed cohort without having to go through the entire list of cohorts, you can archive it. Then, when you go to locate archived cohorts, you can click the archived button to view them.

Note: If you want to undo a cohort that has been archived, follow the same steps. Instead of clicking Archive, the Revert button will be there in step 4.
1. From the main my.platinumed dashboard, click the grey and black tile, Manage Cohorts.
2. Click the toggle active button. This will make all cohorts visible (including past cohorts). All inactive cohorts will be a pale yellow.
3. Locate and edit the inactive cohort you want to Archive.
4. Click the red Archive button in the upper right of the page.

2. Click the archived button. This will make all archived cohorts visible and separate.
