As long as the test in question has been shared by the test's creator you can add that test to your own "Manage Tests" by doing the following:
First, go to "Manage Tests" then click the "Create New Test" button in the upper right.
This will bring you to the "Add New Test" page. Here you will want to select the "Provider Level" and "Test Type" of the test you would like to import.
In the picture below you can see that I've picked EMT for Provider Level and Test for Test Type. Because there have been tests shared in my school that meet that criteria the "Import Test From" dropdown begins to display. This menu only appears once you've selected the two options before it, and it has something to display.
In the dropdown, you'll click on the test you'd like to import. In this case, I'm choosing "New Test 8/23," which was created by my colleague Grace White and she set to "shared."
Note: Tests followed by "(Platinum)" are our premade test that was put together by our Education Team.
Once you select the test you'd like to import you will see a confirmation window pop up warning you that you cannot change any of the questions and importing the test will overwrite any questions you've already added to this test, in this case, this was a fresh test so nothing will be overwritten. If you are ok with these terms you can click "Import Test"
Although you can't edit any of the questions, the "Test Questions" tab still appears so you can go through the questions and make sure this is the test that you require.
Now click back on the "Test Settings" tab, and if you are happy with the test, click "Save" on the bottom right. Now, this test is saved in your instructor account and can be deployed in your class like normal.
