(Student) I signed up for an clinical opportunity, but need to be removed from it

If you're a student and know that you will be unable to attend one of your upcoming opportunities, you can request to be removed from the shift. 

To do this you will want to locate the opportunity in the data table on your "Student - My Opportunities" page.

In the "Actions" column you will see the "Request Removal" option unless you have already requested to be removed.




Clicking this option will cause a window to appear where you can enter a comment for your instructor letting them know why you would like to be removed from the shift. 



Once you click the "Yes, Request Removal" button, your instructors will receive a notification of your request including any comments you made. 



If they choose to accept your request you will be removed from the opportunity. If not, you will remain assigned to the shift.
