Shared sites are clinical locations and schedules shared by more than 1 school. Multiple users can run them but will have 1 primary user listed with the site.
A. Creating a Shared Site as an Existing Platinum User
- Follow these directions if you want the Shared Site to connect to your existing Platinum Planner account.
B. Creating a Shared Site as a New User without an Existing Platinum Account
- If you are a new user or are an existing customer who would like the Shared Site not to be connected to their existing account, please use these directions.
A. Creating a Shared Site as an Existing Platinum User
1. While logged into the site, follow this link: Create Shared Site Shortcut. It will bring you to the All our Products. One Single Account. page.
2. Fill out the required information for the Site.
3. Submit. Once submitted, the shared site will be added to our system, but it will still be pending activation by Platinum Educational Group. This activation process is to verify that there are no duplicates of the same shared site. Please contact Platinum Support to have the shared site activated.
Once activated, you can create your schedules and other users and add schools to the site.
B. Creating a Shared Site as a New User without an Existing Platinum Account
- You can skip steps 1-3 by following this link. Create Shared Site Shortcut
1. Go to my.platinumplanner.com.
Note: If you are an existing user creating this account for someone else, be sure to be completely logged out of the site before proceeding.
2. At the bottom of the page, click the More tab.
3. Click the last option, Clinical Sites- Sign Up Here.
4. Fill out the required Site and user Account Information information.
5. Submit. Once submitted, a verification email will be sent to your provided email.
6. Verify your email.
Note: This email can sometimes get sent to the spam folder.
7. Read the terms and conditions. Agree when finished.
8. The site will be pending activation by Platinum Educational Group. This activation process is to verify that there are no duplicates of the same shared site. Please contact Platinum Support to have the shared site activated.
Once activated, you can create your schedules and other users and add schools to the site.
