To enroll in a new cohort, you do not need to create a new user account; you can enroll using your existing user account.
Enrolling in a New Cohort:
1. Login to the website. This will bring you to the main dashboard.
2. Click the Enroll tile. This will cause the Student Signup window to appear.
Note: If are a preceptor and do not see the Enroll tile click here for more info.
Note: If you are already part of a cohort where you are not enrolled in all classes, the program will initially prompt you to sign up for new classes. However, if you are looking to enroll in a new cohort, you will need to click the Enroll in a Cohort toggle at the top of the window.
3. Locate your cohort:

Manual Enrollment: If you were not supplied with a cohort code you can look up your cohort manually.
- Select your profession, your school, and your cohort name.

Note: if you do not see your school or cohort, reach out to your instructor. It could be listed under different variations of the name or the cohort could be closed.

Cohort Code: If you have been given a Cohort Code you can click on the blue Cohort Code button at the top of the window.
- Doing this will cause a new field to appear where you can enter that code and click Lookup.

If the code you have been given does not work (which can be caused by a few things ie. student enrollment has been closed, the cohort setup is incomplete or you are already a part of the cohort) and you see the error pictured below, your best cohort of action is to reach out to your instructor.

4. Once you have located your cohort click Submit Enrollment.
Once the request has been submitted you will need to wait for users at your institution to review the request. Once they have you will receive an email letting you know if you have been denied or accepted and if there are additional sets needed to complete your cohort enrollment.
