(Preceptor) I received an email, but when I log in there is no student documentation to review.

When a student submits their clinical documentation, the preceptor assigned to the shift as well as their instructor(s) receive notifications that there is documentation to review.

In our system, instructors do have the ability to accept student documentation without preceptor review. So if when you login into your preceptor account there is no documentation to approve that just means that the instructor has likely already reviewed the documentation, and there is nothing that requires your attention at that time.
